How does a Facebook Banner differ on Personal Profiles versus Fan Pages?
-Personal Profile Banners are static, meaning the 5 images will always be in the same location, thus we can create a custom image to span all of the way across.
-Fan Pages are a bit different. You can decide which 5 images will appear, but they will be in a different order every single time someone visits the page or refreshes it. It adds a cool “live” feature to the page that adds some interest and quickly gets the main concepts of your business out. People naturally gravitate to images over text and people make snap decisions on whether they wish to stay on your page or not. What do I get with the $27 Facebook Banner?

What is the Upgraded Facebook Banner and how do I get it?
With an Upgraded Banner, when someone clicks on any image in your banner, it will pop up an image approximately 9 times larger with additional information that was hidden on the wall. It is a great way to let customers know more about your business in a graphic manner. You can reward fans for clicking on the image, by telling them more information or offering a hidden bonus. What happens after I purchase a Facebook Banner? How long does it take to receive my Banner?
After you purchase your banner you will be taken to a form to fill out detailing what you wish to have included in your banner. Please fill out the form at the time of purchase to ensure the quickest turnaround time possible. Once we have the completed form, your banner will often be returned to you in under 3 business days. You will first receive a proof of the banner asking for your feedback, revisions will then be made, and the final banner images will be e-mailed to you with directions.
What if I didn’t fill out the form after purchasing?
Please e-mail Cory at firstname.lastname@example.org stating you need a Facebook Banner form. Please include your name and date of purchase in the e-mail as well.
I have my own company/affiliate/program/etc., can everyone on my team use the banner created?
The banners are intended for use on one profile only. If you would like the rights to use the banner on multiple accounts, please e-mail Cory & Dillon for special pricing. Please include both in the e-mail. email@example.com firstname.lastname@example.org
What if someone tags me in a photo on my personal profile? What if I post a new photo to my fan page wall?
These new images will temporarily show up in the banner portion of your page. Simply hover over the image and an “X” will appear, simply click the “X” to remove it from your banner section. It will simply remove the image permanently from your banner section without interfering with your tag/wall post.
